• Professional and high-quality execution of all subcontractor services (E.g. lightning protection, plumber, carpenter etc.)
• Occupational safety and pedestrian safety through proper staging with additional protective measures against falling objects (on request your scaffold is suspended completely with safety nets, without extra charge!)
• Final acceptance of the overall performance by an independent expert
• Photo documentation of the renovation process
• 4-year warranty
• Daily construction site cleaning
