oeserdach preservation
The oeserdach preservation doesn’t mean the new covering of a roof. By this we take care of your "old" roof: we extend the lifetime of your roof through regular maintenance, inspections and repairs - regardless of whether it is an oeserdach or one of our market companions.
oeserdach preservation includes the annual inspection of your roof, where services for flat roofs and pitched roofs slightly differ.
The following services will be executed on a flat roof:
Every two years an intensive inspection of all seams will take place, to uncover leaks at an early stage. Additionally the load of gravel, plates etc. will be cleaned from vegetation and dirt.
On a pitched roof the following maintenance services will be executed:
In addition, exploratory holes in the roof are made every two years to make visual inspections of the roofing, as well as measurements of moisture in the insulation. So leaks are detected at an early stage and can be eliminated.
Within the oeserdach preservation package, an elimination of any roof damage is included up to an amount of €500 per year.

- Cleaning of drains, storm drains, gratings, downspouts and other drainage parts
- Removal of dirt on the surface
- Inspection of all seams
- Inspection of all joints (any silicone or acrylic grout is a maintenance gap and must be regularly checked and replaced if necessary) and installation parts
- Check of woods regarding pests and rot infestation
- Cleaning of domes and other exposure elements

- Check of woods regarding pests and rot infestation
- Inspection and maintenance (setting and oils) of roof lights and roof exits
- Visual inspection of planks systems, roof hooks, snow bars and other parts
